Amancio Rosas
My ministry philosophy is shaped by a deep conviction that spiritual transformation happens when truth, presence, and practice come together. I believe ministry should nurture growth that flows from a genuine relationship with Jesus, empower people through the work of the Holy Spirit, and equip them to live out their faith with clarity and courage. My heart is to create spaces where people encounter God, understand Scripture in ways that strengthen their daily walk, and discover their identity and purpose in Christ.
My approach centers on three priorities:
1. Forming Disciples Who Grow Steadily and Sustainably
I believe transformation is a journey. People grow through teaching that is biblical, practical, and rooted in grace. My ministry emphasizes step-by-step formation, guiding others to mature spiritually at a pace that builds long-lasting foundations rather than emotional highs without direction.
2. Empowering Believers Through the Holy Spirit
As a Pentecostal minister, I value the Spirit’s role in shaping a life of worship, boldness, and discernment. I want those I serve to experience a Spirit-filled faith that strengthens their character, heals what’s broken, and equips them to serve others with humility and power.
3. Making a Meaningful and Measurable Impact
The ministry should not stay inside the church walls. My aim is to help people live their faith in their workplaces, families, and communities, bringing hope, wisdom, and Christlike love wherever they go. A lasting impact is measured not only in decisions made, but in lives changed, families restored, and young leaders raised up.
Ultimately, my philosophy is simple: cultivate growth, honor God through faithful teaching, and lead people into a life that reflects Jesus in both depth and practice. Everything I do, whether preaching, mentoring, studying theology, or creating music, is driven by a desire to help others encounter God and walk confidently in the calling He has for them.
My Testimony
As the years have passed, God has continued shaping my calling in more profound and clearer ways. What began as a simple “yes” to serve my high school campus has matured into a lifelong commitment to discipleship, pastoral ministry, and theological formation. I know God has called me not only to reach people but to develop them, to walk with others as they grow, to teach Scripture with clarity, and to build leaders who can carry the mission forward.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree through Southeastern University, continuing the academic journey that began with my credentialing studies. Through my coursework, ministry involvement, and personal spiritual formation, the Lord has ignited in me a dual passion for pastoral ministry and academic teaching. I believe He is preparing me to serve the church, both as an associate/pastoral leader and, eventually, as a professor or scholar who equips future ministers.
My desire is to bring theology into everyday life, to disciple believers in a way that integrates Scripture, spiritual growth, and real-world wisdom. Whether in a classroom, a pulpit, a small group, or one-on-one mentorship, I feel called to guide others toward Christ-centered transformation. My testimony is still being written, and each step forward confirms the calling God placed on my life: to teach, to shepherd, and to help others discover their purpose in Him.
